Grant Specializes in the sale of luxury in all price ranges. Whether it’s working with buyers or sellers, Grant brings unparalleled personal service to every client with whom he works. Grant is determined to help his clients through every step of the real estate process. When working with sellers he is adamant about giving the best guidance possible in order to sell his clients properties at the highest possible price. When working with buyers, he looks at every property as though he was evaluating it for one of his own family members. It is not uncommon for him to say, “I can find you something better than this in your price range”. Grantʼs former (and current) clients will tell you that customer service and communication are high on his priority list. Before real estate, Grant’s career embraced many years of successful high-level executive management and sales experience. In addition, he is an entrepreneur having started and successfully run businesses of his own. After a very successful career in the corporate world where negotiation was an everyday occurrence, real estate was an obvious choice. This vast array of experiences has contributed greatly to Grant becoming the successful broker he is today. Customer satisfaction is imperative and is priority one. Attention to detail is a vital part of the job and Grant is there for his clients every step of the way. Outside of real estate, Grant enjoys travel, camping, hiking and biking.

Winston Salem native, Zach Dawson was born right here in the heart of Camel City.
