Living on the Coast of North Carolina since 1995, Ryan has developed a passion for his community, its people, and its many visitors. With a business degree from NC State University, Ryan began his career as a successful small businessman in the hospitality industry. Once he discovered his calling, in the Real Estate Industry, Ryan chose that path, and hasn’t looked back.
Shortly into his Real Estate career, feeling unfulfilled, in his current situation, there was a firm which caught his eye, and he began to actively engage in communications with John-Mark Mitchell, of Mitchell Prime Properties. The two shared similar ideals, and both were passionate about what the culture in a successful Brokerage Firm should look like. At Mitchell Prime Properties, while the firm supports and supplies the environment to help brokers grow their business, they are never encouraged to just follow the leader, rather create their own path and be their own leaders. He also recognized the sphere of influence that surrounded Mitchell Prime Properties and saw this as a winning formula which could be carried throughout the entire industry. Ryan made the decision that day to become a member of the “Lion’s Den”, servicing the East Coast Of North Carolina, as Well as Raleigh and Surrounding Areas.
Ryan is a Top Producer in his market, and with his experience, vision, enthusiasm and work ethic, he is ready and able to go to work for you. Put A Lion in Your Corner Today.

Glenn Paul grew up in the Washington Park neighborhood of Winston- Salem. His paper route covered the historic district. Walking up onto the porches of his customers’ homes, he closely observed the variety of architectural styles among Washington Park’s grand classic houses and cozy early 20th-century bungalows. That’s when the boy became hooked on architecture.
Studies in graphic design and photography landed him a job at America’s largest home furnishings catalog studio. Located in High Point, North Carolina, the furniture capital of the world, Glenn Paul spent many years immersed in interior design, the decorative arts and building products while helping produce catalogs for the nation’s top manufactures and retailers. He traveled extensively to all the major furnishings and building products industry trade shows. His interest in architecture turned to passion. Glenn Paul freelanced as an architectural illustrator creating architectural elevation renderings from blueprints. Abstract architectural photography became a favorite creative pastime.
A second career in magazine publishing enabled Glenn Paul to travel all around North Carolina, especially the coast from Corolla to Calabash. Working for a cultural heritage magazine plus home design and lifestyle magazines, architectural and interior design history and style across North Carolina came into even greater focus.
Now, with lifelong experiences along the North Carolina Brunswick Islands and a home on Oak Island for the past 24 years and decades of local community knowledge, his focus is helping with relocation, second homes and investment properties at Southport, Bald Head Island, St. James Plantation, Oak Island, Caswell Beach, Holden Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, Calabash and surrounding resort communities. Glenn Paul’s keen eye for style, design and construction along with a down-to- earth business approach and patient attention to detail will prove a valuable asset when either selling or looking for your perfect place to call home.
