A native North Carolinian and NC State University graduate, Kim has served clients as a Broker for 20+ years in both North and South Carolina. Working as an independent broker for the first half of her career, Kim was able to establish herself as an expert in managing transactions and getting deals closed using a clear communication style and a direct approach to problem solving. Once Mark joined her in the real estate business, they joined Allen Tate Realtors and quickly established themselves in the luxury market in the Triad.
In 2020, Kim and Mark launched Blue Denim Real Estate, a boutique residential brokerage in the Piedmont-Triad, with one leading principle: buying or selling a home should be as comfortable and easy as putting on your favorite pair of jeans. Whether buying or selling, upsizing or downsizing, or just investing in your future, Kim and her team tailor their services to help each client find the right fit.
As Broker-in-Charge of the Greensboro Mitchell Prime Properties office, Kim combines her real estate knowledge and experience with the guiding principle to make each transaction comfortable and easy to ensure that all of her team members are expertly trained to help their clients find luxury at every level.
